Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, a Chronopost Pick-up point) or to our Main Showroom (Av. Do Golf, 16; Casa B, Bairro da Martinha 2765-121 Estoril)
Can we delivery out of Portugal?
Yes. You should send us an email to and we are going to send you our International delivery rates.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected.
• Pick-up in our Main Showroom: Immediately
• Home/Work/ Chronopost Pick-up point delivery: In 2-3 working days.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
• Pick-up in store - FREE
• Home/Work/ Chronopost Pick-up point delivery - 4.95 EUR
• International – Between 15,95 EUR and 48,95 EUR
What is the home/work/ Chronopost pick-up point delivery process?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse) and finally the Chronopost will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.
What is the Main Showroom delivery process?
If you have chosen the main showroom delivery, we will send you an email to confirm after that you will have 15 days to collect it. It is necessary to show the order number and the ID of the person who collects the parcel.
Any full-price, undamaged, and unused items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 14 business days of delivery date. After 14 business days, all sales are final.
Please reach out to for return authorization and provide a brief reason for your return before 14 days after buy.
Returns must be shipped within three business days of receiving return authorization, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must include all original receipts, tags and accompanying packaging.
Sale items marked 30% off or greater are final sale. Items purchased with a promotion or discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
Items purchased using store credit are final sale.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred during return shipping. It is recommended to provide tracking information once available.
Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received.
Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
